Prime Medical Solutions facilitates coordination between users/patients and third-party healthcare providers such as hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, and other service providers (“Healthcare Providers”).

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We do not validate, endorse, approve, or recommend any specific Healthcare Provider, medical opinion, treatment plan, pricing estimate, outcome, or information exchanged between you and any Healthcare Provider. Any clinical decision is solely between you and the Healthcare Provider.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use this Site. If you are acting on behalf of a patient, you confirm you have their authorization to share information with us.

3) Limited right to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for personal and lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary for security or operational reasons.

6) Appointments, estimates, and payments

Prime Medical Solutions may help facilitate:

Sharing reports for preliminary review
Connecting you with Healthcare Providers
Appointment scheduling support
Indicative treatment plans and cost estimates shared by Healthcare Providers
Travel and coordination support

All clinical services are delivered by Healthcare Providers.

Any payments for medical services, hospital charges, diagnostic services, or procedures are governed by the Healthcare Provider’s terms and policies. Prime Medical Solutions is not responsible for hospital billing, refunds, cancellations, or disputes unless expressly stated in writing by us.

If we charge a facilitation/service fee (if applicable), it will be disclosed separately prior to collection.

7) Site updates and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

8) Site security and prohibited conduct

You agree not to:
