Dr Shivang Saxena,is a consultant in pediatric and congenital cardiothoracic and vascular surgery department at Amrita Faridabad .He has specialized in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery from one of the premier central research institutes of India, Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology in 2020.He has been passionate about pediatric cardiac surgery and during his specialization training, he had a robust exposure to all kinds of pediatric and congenital open and closed heart surgery procedures. It was during his training that he was further motivated by his mentors to take up pediatric and congenital cardiac surgery.

He has been participating in academic /teaching programs as well as surgical programs in the institutes where he has worked and has a keen interest in research and evolution of surgical and monitoring techniques in pediatric and congenital cardiac surgery.
